"All of our customer files are now kept electronically using the SAFEView system. These files contain important customer information such as invoices, work orders, installations and maintenance service records for each of them. Each customer file also contains before and after photographs of the job performed. My office personal can access customer files immediately of number of different ways, such as customer name, type of installation or service performed. We set our own parameters for searching files to fit our needs. Another great feature is that my staff can look up files directly from their computer desktops and we are throwing out filing cabinets to make room in our office. What a time and space saver!"
